How to use
- Mount your iPhone on a tripod in line with the finish line, so the line runs straight away from the camera.
- Tap “+”, enter the race name, runner names (or “Use lane numbers”), the distance from the starter to the phone, and the temperature.
- Drag the red line onto the finish line, then tap “Record & Wait”. The clock starts when the gun is heard. If there is no gun, tap “Manual Start” when you see the start.
- After the race, tap “Stop & Review”. Step through the frames and tap a runner's name on the frame where the torso reaches the line.
FAQ
- Why is time added to the result?
- Sound travels about 340 m/s, so the gun reaches a phone 100 m away about 0.29 s late. FinishCam adds that delay back. A manual start (watching the smoke or flag) needs no correction.
- The gun isn't detected / cheering triggers it.
- Adjust the sensitivity on the camera screen. The bang must cross the orange line on the meter. Try it with a hand clap.
- How many runners can I judge?
- The free version judges up to 3 runners per race. FinishCam Pro (one-time purchase) removes the limit.
- Are times official?
- No. FinishCam is for practice, school sports days and club meets. Accuracy depends on frame rate (up to 1/240 s) and camera placement.
- Restore purchases
- Open the paywall (gear icon → FinishCam Pro) and tap “Restore Purchase”.

使い方
- iPhoneを三脚に固定し、ゴールラインの延長上（ラインがカメラからまっすぐ奥へ伸びる位置）に置きます。
- 「＋」からレース名、走者の名前（「レーン番号で作る」も可）、号砲からスマホまでの距離、気温を入れます。
- 赤い線をゴールラインにドラッグで合わせ、「録画して待機」。号砲の音で計測が始まります。号砲がないときはスタートを見て「手動スタート」。
- レース後「停止して判定へ」。コマ送りして、胴体がラインに届いたフレームで走者の名前を押します。
よくあるご質問
- タイムに時間が足されるのはなぜ？
- 音は秒速約340mなので、100m離れたスマホには号砲が約0.29秒遅れて届きます。その遅れを足して補正しています。煙や旗を見て手動スタートした場合は補正しません。
- 号砲に反応しない／歓声で反応してしまう
- 撮影画面で感度を調整してください。メーターがオレンジ線を超えると号砲と判定します。手拍子で試せます。
- 何人まで判定できますか？
- 無料版は1レース3人まで。ゴールカメラ Pro（買い切り）で人数無制限になります。
- 公式記録として使えますか？
- いいえ。練習・体育祭・記録会などの目安としてお使いください。精度はフレームレート（最高1/240秒）とカメラの置き方によります。
- 購入の復元
